Bastian Kneuse is a high-performance finance executive, former professional basketball player, and the founder of Core CFO Partners. With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and real estate investing, Bastian brings a winning mindset and elite-level discipline to every client engagement.

Before launching his finance career, Bastian played professional basketball in Europe—an experience that shaped his leadership style, mental toughness, and strategic thinking under pressure. After relocating from Germany to the United States, he earned his Master’s degree in Finance and quickly rose through the ranks in the corporate world.

Bastian has held senior finance roles at global powerhouses including Wells Fargo, American Express, and BMW, where he worked across the full spectrum of finance, from financial planning and analysis to corporate strategy, M&A, and capital allocation. Today, through Core CFO Partners, he helps growth-minded businesses achieve financial clarity, scale operations, and optimize long-term profitability through fractional CFO services.

Bastian is known for blending sharp analytical insight with a calm, strategic presence. He builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients and delivers solutions tailored to each business’s unique challenges and goals.

When he’s not driving business results, Bastian enjoys traveling, watching basketball, and spending quality time with his family in Charlotte, North Carolina.
